The Oversight Committee (OC) serves as the primary investigative and evaluative body within the framework of the Federal Candidate Qualification and Oversight Authority (FCQOA). Its mandate is to ensure that all individuals seeking or holding federal office are thoroughly and continuously vetted to safeguard national interests and uphold constitutional principles.
The OC is authorized to monitor all aspects of a candidate's or officeholder’s personal and professional life. This includes, but is not limited to:
Email communications
Phone calls and text messages
Instant messaging platforms and chat services
Data transmissions via mobile, desktop, or wearable devices
Devices owned by the individual as well as those within their extended family network are subject to oversight, in order to detect indirect or proxy-based activities that may pose a risk to national integrity.
The OC continuously reviews all collected data for indications of:
Engagement in illegal activity
Unauthorized communication or collaboration with foreign nation-states
Potential compromise of loyalty, duty, or constitutional adherence
All findings are processed through internal validation protocols and flagged accordingly for deeper analysis or direct response.
The OC performs a thorough verification of all submitted materials. This includes:
Authenticity checks on all documents
Background and security risk assessments
Financial and behavioral analysis
Continuous digital monitoring (if applicable)
The OC operates autonomously and without influence from the FEB, ensuring impartiality and integrity in all findings.
While the OC's authority is extensive, its investigative focus remains on matters of national concern. Personal circumstances—such as medical conditions, family dynamics, or marital issues—shall be disregarded, except in cases where such matters:
Pose a credible risk to national security, or
Reflect violations of the U.S. Constitution or federal law
This ensures a balance between oversight and respect for personal boundaries, within the context of national service.
The Oversight Committee operates independently and without interference. It holds full discretion in determining the methods, tools, and scope of surveillance necessary to execute its duties. The Federal Election Board (FEB) may establish the OC’s operational structure, but it shall not direct or limit the OC’s investigative strategies or actions in any capacity.
This operating protocol ensures that all certified individuals remain accountable to the public trust, and that the Office of Public Service remains secure, lawful, and constitutionally grounded.
